Fantastic service, reasonable cost. I am so glad to have found Saffer Plumbing and Heating. My hot water heater went up and needed to be replaced. Found it easy to contact Saffer. They arrived promptly and replaced my water heater at a reasonable cost. Thank you Saffer Plumbing and Heating for a job very well done. You are my first call for any plumbing and heating needs.

We had a drain problem and Saffer was nicely responsive and the office made sure they fully understood our situation before picking a date to come. The technician, David, was knowledgeable, kind and informative, and the work got done in excellent time. It is a nice, transparent company that doesn't leave you guessing.I give it 4 stars because Saffer uses a tier system to show you what you are paying for. The higher the price the better the warranty of the work. However, the price gets pretty swanky pretty quickly. The bottom tier is to get the work done, but they call this "Band aid" and the use of that word makes you worry that the work will be shoddy. The truth is, if you just get the work done, it will be done well by this company. The rest of the tiers, feel to me, like they are taking advantage of our fears that we will be left with a job that breaks right away. We've all experienced that, no doubt. I did not like feeling manipulated that way.

Tech was fine but was here 10 minutes, gave a price of $1100 to put in a gas line T and run a 6 inch line through a wall to the outside and terminate. He knew that was no where no reasonable but still took the $60 estimate fee and left. They should say they don't want small jobs up front, very disappointed.

My experience with Saffer is a scenario of you get what you pay for—-they may not be the cheapest, but they are well worth the price. I have had nothing but positive, transparent, professional experiences with all of their technicians. I have an older home that required some plumbing after I first bought it, and Saffer came highly recommended to me, and now I see why. David Robinson has worked on my home three times, and he is fantastic and also does a great job of explaining what needs to be done and what the options are. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality plumbing and electricalCompany.

I’ve used Saffer a few times and everyone I’ve worked with was friendly. Great group of people! They take the time to explain thoroughly/ answer all of my questions and resolve the issues. Just had an inspection with Gary and Hodge and they were awesome to work with, detailed and helped me prioritize some immediate projects vs. not so urgent ones. We had some laughs too! Would definitely recommend them

I hired Saffer from all the good reviews and my experience was a nightmare. They were hired to move a gas line for our stove and put it in the wrong place. They were also hired to rough in a new half bath. They sent inexperienced plumbers that made so many mistakes. After having problems with the first plumber, they sent out another with even less experience. I had to repair my floors and even had to reinstall the toilet flange myself since I couldn’t even bolt down the toilet after they left. Beware!
